Products are made to order.

Please allow 2-3 days for fulfilment, as well as 2-3 days for delivery.

Candles are made with our signature scent (Pomegranate Noir) unless stated otherwise (ie. Christmas scents etc)

If you'd like a different scent from our scent list, please let us know at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY 

UK: £4.99-£9.99* Tracked Courier Delivery

Europe: £14.99-£24.99* Tracked European International Courier Delivery

USA & Canada: £30.00-£45.00* Air Mail Courier tracked delivery

Rest of World: £30.00-£40.00* - long haul International Air Mail tracked delivery

*Candles can be heavy & require a large box for transportation so price of postage reflects the weight and size of the parcel.

Lead times are 3-5 days UK, 5-10 days Europe, 2-3 weeks Worldwide


Once we've shipped, we always try to include your email on the courier information so you receive tracking information directly. After 3x failed delivery attempts, your parcel will returned to us and we would need payment for postage again to re-send this to you. Failing that, we would refund your order, minus the postage cost. We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address. 

Our items are packaged securely and safely, and we try to ensure as much of it is eco-friendly, bio-degradable and recyclable. Sometimes however, candles can break during shipping. If this happens, we will get a replacement to you ASAP.

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return your item.

 

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Please ensure goods are returned intact, in the same condition you received them in, in their original packaging, un-used, and with any product tags still attached. 

 

Parcels must be returned at your own cost and for your own security we recommend you obtain proof of postage and suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. 

 

Once your returned goods have been received, we will process your return minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 

If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of its condition. 

 

We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
